Once you get to the top of the mines, kill the three guards, and grab the uplink from the table on the right. Go back down to the room where the spider opened the door with the ammo stash. Just walk up to the electrical boxes on the back wall and it will automatically reconnect the uplink device, then proceed back down to the elevator to take you to the top...watch out when you turn around because two more guards will come in after you.
