It's just good hand/eye coordination, I usually get 184 or somwthing like that ( though I've been playing video games since the age of three )

Well my brother got 87. He does it by playing vidio games for his whole life and useing his thumb alot and also dont take breaks or take your finger off the button!!!!!!! goodluck!!! I've only gotten to 86 an what i do is set the controler on the ground and rapedly pummel it with the tips of bothe of my pointer fingers. also if you dont get it the first time wait a while and let your energy come back before trying again. I dont have a turbo.

Well I didn't use a turbo control thing, but I got up to 107. I don't lift my finger off of the button and I press the button rapidly.
