Go forward up to the tall shaft. Click the Level 3 button and go back down to the platform you were on originally(The pinkish one). Look around and find a "CAUTION" sign. Go down there, it is fake. There is a spring down there so don't touch it. Go down the tunnel filled with water,(Don't worry, there aren't any enemies in this place) and you should see a speed pad. Hold B and run along with the speed pad to go faster, and not lose so much air. Now you should see wooden logs going from one side of the room to the other side. Go past them and go down. Once you reach the last one, go back a little and keep going down till you hit the ground. You should see anther tunnel. Go through there. Now there is a very tall shaft above you, so go up(Note: there is a bubble with 10-20 rings in it, ignore it for now!) and keep going up at full force. Repeatably click A after about two seconds to go fast. Once you reach the top the camera angle should change and you should see the air necklace. Jump up and get it. (Note: If you climb up the walls of that room there is a purple dragon)

its on acuatic mine some where theres a "Ghost" sign one is a fake go to the fake one swim fast or u'll lose a life take risks because its help full on "Last Stage?".
