yes it is! but dream areana is not active anymore. you need to get ahold of dream key 3.0 to be able to access online mode. firstly this is because this was the only version of dream key to be realesed after dream areana failed. than ull need to enter you normal pc internet number into dream key 3 (the numbver you modem dials) then you will be charged the same as your normal internet fee's. hope this helps. nic x

Another thing I've heard, don't quote me as this is pure heresay, you are able to link to the GCN server and play. If this is true or not I'm not sure, but It sure would be cool if it was.

Yes it is! I only bought the game a few days ago and started playing it. It works really well! If your game is second-hand, you can even obtain a new serial number/access key from Sega by emailing them from the official site. Hows that for service?! M@
