You'll findit at the top right corner of the map at the source of the river .Don't give up,stay on the shallow river path.

At a waterfall where shallow water path forks in two in two ifront of the waterfall. If nothing just explore around a bit.

On the map, in the upper right hand cornor (by the witch's shop)(you need to have power gloves) well go by the witchs place.Go right and lift the Big rock.Continue following the path and dash the piles of rocks away. continue and you will eventually see shallow water.keep following it WATCH OUT ZORAS WILL ATTACK YOU.dodge fireballs and fend thefollowing ones w/ ur sword.stay shallow (its a maze)evetually you see a BIG waterfall with shallows comming to an end w/a Y shape.Walk to the edge and ahuge whirlpool apears talk to king zora andpay him 500 rupees for the fliperrs.head south and fall down a waterfall and follow the path on land to find a peice of heart AND WALLAH!! U GOT FLIPPERS

go to he upper right hand of the map under the mountin you will see a bunch of small zoros shootiong at you dont get hitt! follow the lake there should riverlike place with land on both sides follow it there are now a lot more zoros some getting out of the water dont be afraid keep going thier will be a circel were you cant walk surrounded by a place you can get near their and a big zora will appear he will give you the flippers for rubbeys

It's not very hard.

(for the purpose of this explanation, "north" refers to the top of the screen, "east" to the right side, "west" to the left side, and "south" to the bottom.)

1. Get the treasure from the desert temple in the Light World, the 'Power Glove.' It allows you to pick up the light-colored rocks.

2. Start the game from Link's House.

3. Recharge your hearts, then leave the screen outside of Link's House to the east.

4. Cross the bridge to the north, then head north and east as far as you can go.

5. East of the witch's hut (you can't miss the witch's hut, the witch is mixing her cauldron outside of it, and if you check the map with the 'X' button, the witch's hut is the house furthest to the top right) you will find a large light-colored rock. Move the rock and follow the path beyond the rock to the north.

6. From here, head east, then south down the ladder, and swing around going north, while avoiding or killing any enemies you find.

7. Head north, and you'll come to the river mouth (another screen). The only enemies you'll find in the river are Zoras. Block them with your shield or avoid them all together, but don't bother killing them unless they're directly in your path.

8. Go north along the shallows of the river, and when you get all the way north along the shallows, head east until you come to a massive fork in the shallows of the river, where it splits into four different paths.

9. Go south to the bottom shallow path, and keep going east. When you get to the waterfall, go north, and Zora will sell you his Flippers for 500 rupees.

you go to the place near the water fall make sure you have 500 coins then you can go there and buy them.

More specifically, go to the east of Link's house and cross the bridge going west-east. Head north to the magic potion shop, then lift the rock, and follow the path. You'll need 500 rupees to buy them from the gigantic Zora in the fountain.

go to the witches hutt and pick up the humangas rock at the top corneran dfollow the path and you will find the zoras wich are not people the shoot stuff at you

go to the witch, then pick up the rock, you need the glove from the third temple, then you need to go through a the path you take is up, right, then you'll go down and find a triple fork, and take a right at the top or middle ones.

if you start at the witches hut go --> then pick up the rock follow the land--> then go down in to the ditchup the latter then north. Dodge the bad guys untill you find a nother latter. go down. folow the shalow water north untill you come to a fork in the road go north follow it untill a nother fork in the road go all the way down follow it untill you get to a water fall a huge zora will apear he will sell them to you for 500 dimonds a good way to get all that is to go the place were the man that dosnt want to be disterbed is( by the desert) then lift up all the rocks and under one of them is a passege go there and there will be alot of pots lift up all of them there should be only blue dimonds under them get out of the place and go back in the pots should be there again do this as many times as you need and in no time you should have 500 dimonds Trst me I did the same thing and I have 999 dimonds and a howl bunch of other items so nock your self out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
