get a templar and lv him up to around 30 -40 and use a combo on her with your other allies it should do 550 damage.also have two archers with weapon atk +

easy, just use things like air render,double sword ability,far fist,and teach your mosts powerful clan members counter that take a chunk out of li-grims life stay away from totems shes sends out!

It helps if your levels are around 30-35. Have a lot of fast units, and some Time Mages with Quicken or Jugglers with Smile. The key is to hit hard and fast. Use Ninjas with Double Sword and other fast units to quickly move in and hit Li-Grim. Try to do a combo. That works best if you can surround her with three or more units.
NEVER EVER use Holy abilities like "Holy Blade" on Li-Grim- you'll heal her.
