i dont know why im answering this .... rediculous question. you cant possibly not know. but anyways i guess i will being its asked twice. half circle back start with right slide to down then slide to back in one smooth motion .... this is assuming you are facing right
a half circle back is pretty easy but tricky to pull, if u know how to do a kamehameha which is half circle front u should know how half circle back goes, it goes opposite the way ur fighter is lookin
