U complete all story modes with the 4 teams, get all caos emeralds, complete the final story mode (wich i won't reveal what it is), get all A's, and complete Super Hard Mode to show that u completely beat the game. I my self did this and took almost a full year to due all because a stupid chaotix mission.

You complete each of the 4 stories and then u have it completed, u can also try to get all A ranks and the Chaos emeralds.
