Hi, just bought game used and I like it. Now wondering if there is a glitch. I am ok up to the point where I go to the 60th floor of the Shinra Headquarters. After going up the outside elevator, I am brought to a screen where I see the closed elevator doors from outside the elevator. There is music playing, but none of my characters and I cannot do anything with the buttons, no controls or anything.I have to restart the game. The screen will sit there and do nothing. Don't know if the cd is bad or maybe I didn't do something I should have.Can you help?Thanks.

I'd venture to say your disc is indeed messed up. Having explored far reaches of FF7, I never had anything like that happen to me. Try buying a new copy.

yes it is no dout about it it could be alitle scratched so try going to Game Stop and get it fixed
