No, that's how you get the fairy flute. The silver harp is in the town of Garinham. You use a magic key to get into the building and walk into the darkness (DO NOT open the door inside with the two guards in it, it is a waste of a key) and you will appear on a path that leads to some stairs. Go down the stairs into the cave, bring a few magic keys, and it's in there.
