actualy he was in the first sonic adventure 2 on the sega dreamcast sa2 battle is just a remake i own the origional game He was created by Dr. Eggman's grandfather (Professor Gerald) and was sent to earth by the professor's grand daughter and found in a secret military base. there he tells eggman about the the ARK.
