you have to get every abilities on the list for example in the knight class the abilities are mind break,power break,speed break, head break..... wen you learn all those , the support , reaction ... you have mastered a job and to master a job you do not need to be lvl 8 in that job lvl
Getting Jop points by using your abilities in battle and learning them at formation screen with a exception of the Ramza(squire) and summoner job there are the only job you can master by just learning all the abilities. To master Ramza squire you have to learn ultima and summoner is zodiac. To learn these you have be by them and survive.
