Find that chick(i fofget her name or ware)but ether way u need 2 find her and get the "wholly glasses" or "the glasses of all seeing" or something like that from her so when u fight rickter u can hit the thing flying over his head(not him!)so get the glasses from chick,fput them on,find rickter and ther ya go bro,inverted heven!

First you must get the two RINGS (gold & silver)
The silver one is when you defeated the Succubus near the Underground Caves and you will see the ring.
The gold ring is in the tower with bells (what do you call that place?). In the path with many spikes. You need the Bat form ability to get that. (The "Soul of Bat" is found in the library (upper) where you will first meet the Lesser Demon (boss). Go through the lower rooms and you will find a wall where only mists can pass. Inside it is the Bat relic.
Now if you have the Bat relic, try to find the "Echo of Bat" by defeating Olrox then go to the room past that place. When you got it go to the Catacombs and explore it. You will find a room pitch black and you will have to use the echo of bat to light your way in. Then explore more levels and the Spikebreaker is in one of them. Then go back to the path with spikes an equip the armor and you will see Maria Renard there at the end of the room you will see the Gold Ring.
Equip the Gold & Silver ring in the clock tower (Big Clock) and it will open below. Go down there and you will see Maria again. She will give you the "Holy Glasses".
Now when you fight Richter equip the glasses and you will see a green specter electrifying him. Attack only the green specter and Richter will be back to his own and it's done!
