THERE IS A BUILDING NEAR THE START POINT OF THE STAGE WITH A ROOF THAT HAS A STAT POINT AND 1(one) OF THE THREE DISHES YOU MUST DISRUPT. YOU CAN GRIND THE CENTER POINT OF THE ROOF TOP TOWARD THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THE DISH. THERE YOU WILL FIND A BIRD AT THE EDGE. WHILE GRINDING TOWARD IT, JUMP A 360 FLIP OVER IT. THAT BIRD OR ROOSTER THINGY IS A WEATHERVANE.

Go on top of the roof behind where you start at, you will see a little rooster statue (weathervane) near, so jump and 360 flip over it.
360 flip: down, down flip.

First, you must have "360 Flip" as one of you tricks.
From the starting point, turn around 180 degrees and head under/into the building. Head up to the deck above the quarter pipe along the back (brick wall). Follow/grind around the rail to line up with the ramp to the roof.
Catch that and, once you've landed, cut right a bit to get an angle on the peak of the roof - grind the peak to get a straight line on the weathervane. Jump and catch you 360 flip where the peak runs out.

to make it eaiser pus start hold L1 then push left(x2),up ,left(x2), up ,x it will be in slow mo then get on the roofjump over the vane then when its sais the weather vane push down down square

just jump one the roof en jump 360 flip over it to do a 360 flip you push down,down quikly

You have to get on one of the roofs where the weather vain is and jump over the wheather vain and press down down square(bottons may be set differently on your game you may want to check
