Dousen't matter he whants you to take a pitchure of all the pokemon once you take a pitchure of all of them you take a pitchure of the signs that look like pokemon then you can go to the mew stage!
The seven POKEMON that you don't have, are the seven that you didn't take a picture of. It could be any! Just go through all the levels/stages and take a picture of each pokemon and then show him the new ones that you found at the end of each one.

What he means is you need 7 pokemon SIGNS... objects that LOOK like pokemon!!! (like the dugtrio mountain in the waterfall course)

He say that there are 6 signs that apper to look life pokemon.All the others are wrong exept Animal-Crossing-Rocks.
