How do you use the Dream Tiara to change into princess class?

If you complete the favor that the old man in the Blue Bascilica of the fourth chapter asks you, he will give you the Dream Tiara which will enable you to change your characters into princess class, for some reason I can't seem to be able to figure out how to change them. Do I need other special items? And if so, which?
