first when you throw the ball hold up then when it hits his head hold a and b until you capture it.I know this works because I have lugia.

weaken it as much as possible but SAVE INFRONT OF HIM coz if u kill him accidently then hes gone... try putting him to sleep and if hes killing ur guys heaps, getn a strong guy to use sand attack heaps, it worked for me catching suicine. then use an ultra ball, DNT USE UR MASTERBALL coz theres other rare guys even HARDER to catch out there.

It is easy. If you want it really easy, use a Scizor's False Swipe attack to drain its HP to 1.Or else use any other guy to zap his HP. Then, there are a variety of Pokeballs you can use. They say that you can catch a lengendary Pokemon with only 5 Pokeballs, but I dont believe them. Use either the Ultra Ball or the Heavy Ball. If you have the Master Ball, but dont want to waste it,attach it to a Pokemon, and clone it.
