I've retrieved the files now I need to load the Q-Worm on Mayhew's computer but can't get in the locked door. How do I get in - the decryptor won't work and I don't have a code. The decryptor never works - is there something I need to do other than focusing on the lock to make it work?Please help!

you hold down the R1 for the decriptor to work.

you need to aim the decryptor at thepin pad and hold down R1 for it to work right.
