there is a room off to the side of the hall way that you have to go down to to get to the end of the level. on the right side of the hall way is the room you need to turn the steam pressure thing off with. the room you need to go into to destroy the bomb is just slightly further down the hall on the left. go into that room and go up to the display board. click (A) to view what it sees. this will show a small room...use the left and right on the joy stick to hover the magnet above the bomb and press (R)..this activates the magnet...once hooked, you take it over to the far right and dumb it down the big hole that's there...that will destroy the bomb.
