shoot a rocket launcher at the little tower that Max zorins student( the main bad guy), is in, then before the rocket goes off, you must run PAST the rocket to a huge gun turret. This gun turret is located in front of you when you enter the outside to where the rocket is too. After you kill the bad guy, just look around for the hall leading to safety. Warning: no, it is not the room you were just in before you walked outside, its not that obvious!
