Go to the house in your desired car, get out, walk over to the car - don't bomb it yet. Walk back to your car, get back in and drive around the block. Come back, and the guard should be gone - Now just bomb away !!!!

You don't even have to drive around the block just stand there for a half a minute and the gaurd will walk inside.
