I had trouble finding them too. one is near an entrance to the cave with the tree things.. another is on a platform in that room. from that room, find another cave that has a pool of dark eco with precurser platforms. one is in there. Take the platform to the opposite ledge and then there is one (facing the wall) to your right. do the rolling turbo jump thing across the dark eco to the pool of water. swim down and there is one. comming out of that cave go straight across. (also in this cave if you go all the way through it there is a power cell) in this cave there will be another pool of water. dive to the bottom and there is one there. i think thats all.

If you are collecting all of the power cells, then all of the dark crystals are in obvious places except for the two that are under water. The first pool of water is off of the room with a pool of dark eco and 3-4 moving platforms. The other I think is at the end of the dark cave where you have to keep striking the crystals for light.

The hidden power cell is in the rock that the mine cars go around that you face when you leave the Spider Cave. You must power up with orange eco and then jump and run and roll & jump faster than possible (seemingly) to shoot a place on the rock

well Mercyscene ty aloti thought there was only 1 crystal under water and i didnt know there was 1 in were u have to hit crystals fro light.

their realy big parple crystals that are hard to miss i didnt relize them until i realized they werent part of the foilage to of them are under water there'
