Well to get the speedy you need to finish the blackwater race in under 1:35. The best way I found out is to jump across open area's of the trace, such as conners. Having the full bar of turbo will help you do this quicker. Make sure you get some tricks in. And not just 10-60 points, You need the full bar. My best 1:34.05
