to get over the river after you pick up the booster switch to it. then RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET ON THE STAIRS PUSH THE BUTTON TO ACTIVATE IT and then it should work

You will find a Q-BOOST Arond When R says "You will haved to croos the river i have give you a Little help" Arond ther you will find a Q-Boost youse that to get over the river make shure you use it while you are heeding up the ramp
