Rapidly tap the circle button as fast as you can. If u think ur not going to survive then press select and the torturing will stop. It doesn't matter which one u choose to do, it will not affect the story line. There is only once difference, if u survive his torture and if u don't hurry up and leave the cell u have have to go back to the torturing room again. But if u submit then you won't ever have to get turtured by Ocelot again.
