Go to Kalay. Go to the inn and just 'talk' to the group of people. They are going to see Colloso (or something). Once you leave town, the group of people appear and BLAH. Something about one (old) person missing. Head to the port which is southwest of Kalay. Purchase tickets and board the ship. There, it will continue smoothly... Well... Now I'm trying to find a way to MAKE THE SHIP MOOOOVEEE!!! >_<
